Due to problems with the new server migration/configuration I've decided that it's time to shut the unit down and leave the hosting up to the massive data warehouses that actually have the personnel and resources to provide for the rapidly-changing Internet community. I simply can't do it any more.
With changes in Email, net-borne viruses, SPAM-filtering and the like I'm fighting a losing battle. This past weekend marked the turning point as Yahoo joined Hotmail, Earthlink/Mindspring and a number of other services that are automatically blacklisting Email from the Gotham server - for no reason other than it's IP address block (which they consider "non-permanent" even though I pay a lot of money for static, business-class IP addresses). Important Emails did not reach my clients and problems ensued. I can't have this with my work - and you can't either, nor should you have to. I just don't have the time, knowledge and resources to jump through all the hoops that are necessary to keep up with the net's evolution.
I'm afraid this "corner store", like so many others, has succumbed to the pressure of the world around it. Effective Friday, October 5 at noon I will be closing the door and turning off the lights for the last time. It's been my pleasure to be your friend and online neighbor for these years and I wish you well.
If you need any help relocating your data, either before or after the shutdown, all you have to do is ask. I can FTP your site to your new host (just need the login info) or send it to you on an archive CD.

Ok I just got of the phone with Robert(50BMG) and everything is going to be taken care of.. The board will be moved by tuesday and will be up and running for sometime to come..
